My family says I was born an actress! Very theatrical and never shy, performing is my natural state.
I did all the requisite school shows and musicals in high school and I went on to study formally at University Of Windsor where I got a BFA in Dramatic Art. Those years were so fun, I did several plays a year for all four years and summer stock in between. Then I moved to Toronto, got an agent and started doing commercials, television and films. I played Detective Christine Meadows, a series regular on Night Heat, for three amazing seasons, the first big American series to shoot in Toronto. A few years later I auditioned in New York and was selected to be part of the ABC Development Project, which relocated me to Los Angeles when I was 26 and gave me a wonderful head start in Hollywood. I spent many years in LA doing shows like Cheers, Wings, Frasier, played the title role of Veronica Clare for Lifetime and more films.
I am still acting and recently did a film, Portal To Hell that was part of the Toronto Film Festival. Toronto has such a vibrant entertainment community, I am proud to be a part of it!
